Brought up on a diet of 80's pop Mike De Costa got his first house record as a gift and from then on it was the only music for him. Since 1988 he has been collecting music from around the world, with an interest in every type of house music since.
He first started dj'ing shortly after leaving school, he got his first break just before his 18th birthday and played at the Ministry of Sound in London. He has had a roller coaster ride though out the years and has played for Manumission and Cream in Ibiza, played at Nikki Beach in Miami held summer residencies in the Canary Islands and played at many clubs around the UK. He has been resident dj for the award winning Oracle Bar in Leeds for the last 4 years.
His musical style is very fluid, he can cut it playing house next to an old disco re-edit and even get away with a little tech house next to some jacking Chicago track. He likes to make sure everyone is getting down for a party and is usually seen leading the charge jumping about in the dj booth!
